MCCA Money Capture & Control Architecture
Cash control for small business

You took K3,000.
The bank got K2,300.

Nobody stole it. It went on fuel, on airtime, on a part for the workshop — and none of it was written down at the time. By month end, no one can say which K280 it was.

MCCA closes the gap between the cash your business takes in and the cash that reaches the bank.

Open MCCA Works on the phone in your pocket.

Cash doesn't disappear. It leaks.

Three ordinary things, none of them dishonest, and together they are where the money goes.

Leak 01

It gets spent before it's banked

Money comes in at nine. Fuel is paid for at eleven from the same drawer. What reaches the bank was never the amount you took.

Leak 02

Nobody writes it down in the moment

You will remember it later. You won't. A notebook fills up with numbers that no longer connect to anything.

Leak 03

The record can be changed afterwards

If a figure can be edited a week later to make the day balance, it stops being a record and becomes an opinion.

Every kwacha carries a code

From the moment it reaches your hand to the moment it's locked in the books, cash has a name and a paper trail. This is the whole system.

Step 1 · Capture

Money arrives

Type the amount the second it comes in. Two taps on your phone. It gets a code before it can be forgotten.

Step 2 · Spend

Something is paid for

An expense comes out of a named capture, not out of thin air. That capture's balance drops immediately.

Step 3 · Bank

The rest goes in

MCCA offers only what is actually still there — K800, not the K1,000 you started with. A photo of the slip is required.

Step 4 · Locked

It can't be changed

Once banked, the record is sealed. Not by policy — the system will not accept an edit. What happened stays what happened.

What the system will not let you do

Most software helps you record what you want. This one is built to refuse.

Bank money that isn't there

Spend K200 from a K1,000 capture and the deposit screen offers K800. You cannot deposit cash that has already left the drawer.

Record a deposit without proof

No photo of the slip, no deposit. The picture is attached to the record permanently, so months later the evidence is still there.

Quietly rewrite the past

New entries stay editable for a short window, then seal themselves. After that a correction is an adjustment — visible, dated, and signed.

Honest about what this is

MCCA is not accounting software and it will not file your returns. It handles the part that happens before an accountant ever sees a figure.

What it does

  • Tracks physical cash from hand to bank
  • Tells you the day it stops adding up, not in March
  • Keeps proof of every deposit you made
  • Gives your accountant figures that already reconcile

What it doesn't

  • × Produce statutory accounts or tax returns
  • × Replace your invoicing or your point of sale
  • × Manage stock, payroll or suppliers
  • × Need an accountant to operate it

Built for businesses that still handle notes

If cash passes through a drawer before it reaches a bank, the gap exists in your business too.

Find the K280 before it becomes a habit

Start capturing today's takings. By the end of the week you will know exactly where your cash goes — because the system will not let you look away from it.
